An independent publisher located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Fulcrum takes pride in encouraging readers to live life to the fullest and to learn something new every day.

We are currently looking for NONFICTION manuscripts that explore:

• Native American Culture and History (adult and children’s)
• Environment and Nature (adult and children’s)
• Lifestyle, Outdoor Recreation
• Popular Culture (for Speck Press imprint, www.speckpress.com)
• Public Policy (for Speaker’s Corner imprint)
• Western Gardening

We are NOT accepting memoir, fiction, or genre fiction manuscripts at this time.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the volume of submissions, we are no longer responding to unsolicited submissions unless we are interested in publishing them. Please do not include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Submissions will be recycled and you will not hear from us regarding the status of your submission unless we are interested, in which case you should hear from us within three months or less. We regret that we cannot respond personally to each submission, but we do consider each and every submission we receive and sincerely appreciate your interest in Fulcrum Publishing.

Your submission must include:

• Proposal of your work, including a brief synopsis
• Two or three sample chapters, if available
• A brief biography of yourself, your credentials, and what you can do to help market your book
• Your assessment of the market for the book, and competing titles, if any
